While having dinner with her friend Ezra before their biweekly D&D game, Rose jokes about kissing him. Instead of laughing it off and moving on, the joke leads the two of them to embark on a twelve week experiment with gentle kink. A shy, hesitant start quickly deepens into an intimate relationship where both find healing from past traumas and in Ezra’s case, provides a safe space to reexplore long buried ideas about sexuality and identity.
